Everyday Blues

I am coming up with slightly related but generally unrelated post titles, don't mind me.

Took these hmm some time ago, I think it was on the last day of uni before mid-sem break which wasn't actually a break but oh well.

No special meaning (they're really meaningless), and I was kinda lazy to make any elaborate setup, haha.

Subjects: Guess! But no prize for correct answers =P

...and by lazy I also meant I took very few pictures. So that's it haha.

If I had the time I'd try harder, but seems like this time, time does not allow.

I think I know 4 September 10 peeps, all rather different in their own ways but with notable similarities HAHA.

Anywayy, barbeque / Andrew's birthday celebration at his house on hmmm one fine Saturday.

I have 2 hamsters, a rabbit, and a dog. Please don't eat the hamsters, don't bite kill (corrected by Andrew) the rabbit and don't fight with the dog.

Lisa's 2+0: Sans-Flour

I hope I used it correctly lol, pardon my poor English.

First of all, very very sorry for the horribly overdue update. No excuses here, aiks +_+

Ah anyway, highlight of last month: Lisa turned 2 on 29th August 2009. No I did not type it incorrectly, there really is no 0 after the 2 =)

Celebration was done a day earlier though, haha.
...which reminds me that today is 28th September; at this rate I'm going to update on events only a month after they happen -_-

I was part of the flouring station conveyor belt so I didn't get any pics of the flouring process so sorry xD
But anyway, on to teh picturess.

One of the reasons why people put 1 big candle + 10 small candles on a birthday cake instead of 2 big ones. You... can guess what happened next so I don't think I need to post up any photos on that. Anyway interested souls can venture to FB.

Anywayyy, to sum it up, our failure prediction was off the mark. And worse still, we didn't bother calculating for the part that actually failed. Double phail T_T

Still, I'm grateful to have very very very very very great+wonderful+responsible teammates a.k.a. Chu Ian and Vincent, who made the project a lot more bearable. Thank you thank you =D

Gots Shuttle?

I thought I was very free since there were no more assignments to hand up last week and so I became a kepohchi and lugged my camera to teh uni's sports carnival badminton competition (or was it some other event? xDD). It wasn't for nothing, because I have now reaffirmed my beliefs that I should stay at home and take pictures of inanimate objects for the rest of my life.

Pictures are kind of by the order they were taken. Some pics are taken using manual focus since I dowan some players to blog about "that darn girl with the glaring camera light distracting me". [but yesss if you're wondering, I am also very impressed at my intelligence to use manual focus for such a thing].

Many congratulationssss to Mr Phua and his partner Mr Apple for winning 2nd place in men's doubles =D
